Order & Delivery Timeframes
- As we are a small, made-to-order business, we kindly ask for one day’s notice for all deliveries.
- For urgent or late-day requests, please call or text 0402 546 229 — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Delivery Process
- If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, your flowers will be left in a safe and shaded place.
- If there is no safe place to leave the order, a re-delivery will be required. A re-delivery fee will apply.
Recipient Information
- Please ensure all recipient details (name, phone number, and address) are entered correctly when placing your order.
- If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us immediately before the order has been dispatched to our courier.
Fresh Flower Policy
- As flowers are a perishable product, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been created and delivered.
- If there are any issues with your order (such as damaged flowers), please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
Substitutions
- Occasionally, certain blooms may be unavailable due to seasonal supply or market conditions. In such cases, our florists may substitute flowers of equal or greater value, while maintaining the overall look, style, and quality of your arrangement.
